Tom Daley is balancing strength, speed and suppleness in his quest for
Olympic gold. The Plymouth diver celebrated his FINA World Series gold medal in
the men's 10 metres platform at the
London Aquatics Centre earlier this month with a takeaway. But the London 2012
bronze mentalist is allowing himself few blowouts, with his focus on delivering
in 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.
Daley said that who moved from Devon to London in January 2014 to work
alongside Jane Figueiredo and to make sure he is doing everything. I have no
regrets when he stand on the platform. I think that he is closer to Summer
Olympics 2016.
He moved to London, had a change in coach, change in strength and
conditioning programme, dietary advice. He have lost a lot of weight. He have
been able to get in better shape. He is doing loads of different things,
strength programmes, to make me jump higher. He looks physically leaner since
winning Commonwealth Games gold at Glasgow 2014.
