Russian Sports Minister said that No Plans to Bid for 2024 Summer Olympics

Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko said that  Russia has no tactics to offer for facilitating the 2024 Summer Olympic Games as it needs to concentrate on planning for the 2018 FIFA World Cup rather.
St. Petersburg senator Georgy Poltavchenko said a year ago that Russia's second biggest city, which has around 70 percent of the framework required for the Olympics, may offer for the Summer Games amid the up and coming offering campaign.

Mutko said  that In this way, Russia has no plans to participate in the offering for the Summer Olympic Games. We held the Winter Games in Sochi and our primary assignment at present is to hold the FIFA World Cup in 2018 and the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk in 2019. In 2020, St. Petersburg will host diversions of the UEFA Euro 2020.

The National Olympic Committees have until mid-September to send in their applications for facilitating the 2024 Summer Olympics Games. Russia is at present planning to stage a large group of prominent brandishing occasions, including the 2015 World Aquatics Championships, to be held in the city of Kazan this mid year, the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the nation's first-ever Winter University Games, booked for March 2019 in Krasnoyarsk.
